Honestly, I really like this
There isn't much to critique, it's very nice and stylized, all I'd ask for honestly.

I need to give them more pirate gear but I don’t want to overdue it so it would be hard to animate. I might just make a gang of pirates that are just seagulls and pelicans because a lot of people I’ve talked to like the seagull dude. But the other two look good but I don’t know, I’ll still use them because I still think they look neat.
