I think every user here has made a similar post or has had similar feelings. You're not alone, it just feels that way because humans suck. I was 25 when my mom passed away and I still needed her. It's been seven years and there is so much I wish I could tell her.
19 isn't very old, you still got plenty of dreams to build, pursue, and destroy. My mom was 55 and liked to say "I'm still trying to figure out what I'll be when I grow up."

Take it easy on yourself, you're still young, an incredibly small amount of people have it all figured out at your age. Feel free to take a break go to a park or beach in your area bring a boombox and chillax. Everyone needs a break once in a while.
